Additional Requirements

Identifying and assessing the training needs through job analysis, career paths and consultation with reporting supervisors and develop training calendar and budget accordingly.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in coordination with department heads.
Design, develop, and deliver in-house training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
Coordinate with external training vendors and subject matter experts.
Prepare training calendars and manage end-to-end training logistics.
Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and ROI analysis.
Maintain accurate training records, reports, and dashboards.
Stay updated with the latest learning trends, tools, and technologies.
To ensure Training Record report up to date.
Develop New training content.
Ensure On the job training provided.
Prepare Training Calendar Yearly.
To ensure Factory orientation of new Joiner (factory & corporate).
To ensure Pre & post evaluation of every training.
Receive Training Requisition from Department by different job performed.
