What you’ll do:

• Manage Reservation & Ticketing
• Manage Call Queue and Customer Support
• Communication and Coordination
• Customer Relationship Management
• Customer Feedback and Improvement
• Administrative and Record-Keeping

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 05 years of experience in Reservation & Ticketing
• Graduate in any discipline or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Providing Excellent Customer Service
• Proficiency with Booking and Reservation Systems
• Organizational and Time Management Skills
• Teamwork and Collaboration
• Strong determination to work
