Responsibilities & Context

• Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing yarn/grey fabrics
• Conduct regular stock checks and alignment with system’s records·
•  Supervise the receipts & issue of yarn/grey fabrics·
• Ensure safe and organized storage of yarn/grey fabrics·
• Issue and maintain relevant & accurate records·
• Update inventory data in ERP systems·
• Ensure compliance with factory standards and audit requirements·
• Supervise and train store keepers, helpers and labor staff·
• Ensure overall operations of the store like receiving, issuing, safety, reporting, documentations and damage management etc
