  • Diploma in Mechanical, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Eng & Production, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Materials & Metallurgical Engineering

Experience

  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms, CNG, Automobile, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Motor Vehicle body manufacturer, Motor Workshop, CNG Conversion, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas, Fuel/Petroleum

Responsibilities & Context

  • Factory Manager is the operation in-charge of SAAD Motors Limited. His prime responsibility is Planning, Organizing, Monitoring and Controlling to ensure effective supply chain, Cost Control and business growth.
  • Production Floor Visit frequently to Controlling of production floor
  • Check quality of running product randomly to Maintain specific standard
  • Checking of daily production & consumption report to Cope up with the existing situation
  • Demand vs. Production vs. Stock checking and Inventory Control
  • Mail raising, checking and giving feedback to Justification of activities
  • Raw material & accessories stock checking to Ensure smooth production
  • Daily expenses checking and confirming to Ensure actual expenses
  • Production Planning and rescheduling according to sales demand to Ensure smooth supply
  • Raw Material Planning for Ensure smooth production
  • Monthly Budget planning and analysis to Variance and cause finding to decrease OH
  • Manpower Gap analysis and staffing To avoid production loss
  • Production capacity analysis for Productivity increase
  • Machine/Production break down analysis To take preventive action and minimize loss
  • Inventory taking and analyzing as Zero tolerance with register balance
  • Wastage/Rejection percentage analysis to Wastage minimization plan making
  • Machinery maintenance scheduling To avoid production loss
  • Spare parts planning to Ensure smooth maintenance
  • Manage factory administrative, logistics and government regulatory issues for Ensure good governance
  • Keeping liaison with other department head for internal transfer of goods and mgt. information to Ensure smooth factory operation
  • Keeping in touch with supervisor specially for complex situation as and when arises
  • Work for ISO, QMS and EMS requirements to Maintain Standard
  • Do such other duties as assigned by Supervisor As expected by Supervisor.
