Additional Requirements

Responsible for arranging administrative support for smooth factory operation.
Arrange required manpower production floor.
Responsible for house keeping and cleaning as per compliance standard.
Responsible for waste management.
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and plan ways.
Assess production staff and workers performance and provide training and guidance to ensure maximum operations.
Employee and workers hiring activities.
Ensure the smooth and adequate floor of information within the company to facilitate other business operation.
Oversee facilities services, production and maintenance activities etc. Training and development work (Orientation, Fire safety, PPE, etc.).
Compliance record keeping and prepare documentation.
Follow the instruction of operational team and take imitative to implement by the staff & works on the production floor.
Factory house keeping, solid water management activities.
Work as a coordinator with all departments.
Daily work update to concern management.
Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
