Responsibilities & Context

·         To Manage the entire factory operations, starting from order receiving to shipment and developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline the factory operations.

·         Prepare monthly production planning and follow up daily, weekly and monthly production target.

·         Co-ordinate with SCM, Sales Team and Head Office Management.

·         Analysis the DO report daily basis.

·         Resolve factory production related issues.

·         To establish Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for all aspects of the operations to maintain and improve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale.

·         Provide clear direction, encouragement and support to team members Consequence of good interpersonal relationship.

·         To motivate the Factory employee for achieving the company’s goal.

·         You Should have knowledge of automation, innovation & adaption of technological advancement.

·         Ensuring that factory machineries are in good working Conditions.

·         Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues/barriers.

·         Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.

·         Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Quality Risk Management Process (QRMP) in the factory.

·         Collaborating with quality control managers/officers and you should have to ensure quality Products.

·         Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.

·         Any others task assigned by Management.
