- Minimum 2-3 years of experience on similar position in a reputed pharmaceuticals company, Animal Health division.
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skill.
- Strong knowledge on the animal health market.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Highly motivated and willing to take challenges.
Responsibilities & Context
- Monitoring the daily activities of VMR and reviewing sales performance.
- Conduct regular market visits to check market coverage and competitors’ activities to identify key areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales target.
- Provide guidance and training to enhance the capabilities of the sales team.
- Execute sales campaigns as per plan.
- Visit existing & potential customers to ensure good relations.
- Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
