Requirements
Education

Responsibilities & Context
- Responding to all on-call tasks and supporting the
- BPO and PSO under your supervision.
- Training and motivating BPO and PSO.
- Traveling to customer sites and evaluating BPO and PSO.
- Generating reports that highlight the strengths and weaknesses of each BPO and PSO.
- Submitting the generated reports to authority.
- Providing training programs to BPO and PSO to ensure they can perform their duties effectively.
- Maintaining all field rules and responsibilities and ensuring BPO and PSO adhere to the rules.
