Responsibilities & Context

Job Location : Any where in Bangladesh (Specially in Barishal, Bogura, Brahmanbaria, Chattogram, Cumilla, Dhaka, Dinajpur, Faridpur, Jamalpur, Jashore, Jhenaidah, Khulna, Kurigram, Kushtia, Lakshmipur, Madaripur, Moulvibazar, Munshiganj, Mymensingh, Narsingdi, Pabna, Patuakhali, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Sunamganj, Thakurgaon)

Responsibilities:

This position requires extensive field visits including door-to-door promotion of our product.
Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people everyday
Visit outlets of Fertilizer/Seeds/Pesticides (Dealer’s point & retailer’s point) at route on regular basis.
Visit and maintain close Relation with Relevant Govt. (e.g. DAE, UAO) and Non-Govt. Organizations of the respective area on a regular basis.
Communicate and develop strong network with Dealers & Retailers for maintaining long term business relationship.
Managing the field promotional activities like farmers meeting, field day.
Building strong relationship with farmers and provide technical supports based on their requirements.
Collect orders from the market and Coordinate/Communicate with the distribution/logistics to ensure timely delivery of product.
Make our product available in 20% of outlets covered in the route chart.
Aiming to achieve daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual Targets & personal Goals.
Collect market data about business scenarios like competitors’ sales volume, Price, Campaign etc. on a weekly and monthly basis.
Collect proper sales tools, POSM, and sales promotion offered by management & ensure benefits and facilities are restored to stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records (Visit, Order, Delivery, Stock, Problems, Customer Complain etc.) and share timely for taking necessary Steps.
Prepare report of site visit, investigation and initial feedback of customers.
