Responsibilities & Context
Set the layout and process flow as per buyer Procesure.
To ensure timely shipment as per buyer requirement.
To complete the finishing production target as per discussion with concerns & to realize the target with quality.
To maintain liaison with sewing section regarding quality & quantity.
To take timely action if iron, Folding & packing alteration found and to solve the root cause of the problem.
Responsible for strong finishing floor management.
Coordinate with the planning department for the finishing plan for smooth shipment delivery on time and the same is been executed.
Ensure with the dispatch/ production account department for the same size-wise, PO-wise, color-wise, and assortment-wise input feeding to finishing modular lines as per the finishing line plan and shipment plan.
Any other assignment by management
