Responsibilities & Context
Job Location: Uttara Export Processing Zone (Uttara EPZ), Nilphamari.
- Ensure quality control in all finishing stages, adhering to client specifications.·
- Advise on packing methods to protect goods and reduce shipping costs.·
- Train and mentor staff on best practices and new techniques.·
- Develop strategies to reduce waste and optimize resource use.·
- Act as liaison between the finishing department and clients.·
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.·
- Contribute to the development of new finishing processes and technologies.·
- Experience in working with various garment buyers.
