Responsibilities & Context

Job Location: Uttara Export Processing Zone (Uttara EPZ), Nilphamari.

• Ensure quality control in all finishing stages, adhering to client specifications.·
• Advise on packing methods to protect goods and reduce shipping costs.·
• Train and mentor staff on best practices and new techniques.·
• Develop strategies to reduce waste and optimize resource use.·
• Act as liaison between the finishing department and clients.·
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.·
• Contribute to the development of new finishing processes and technologies.·
• Experience in working with various garment buyers.
