Responsibilities & Context
- Research & Gather Leads.
- Make outbound calls to our potential clients in all over the world and handle different topics according to the communication script.
- Inform customers about our product and services.
- Send product/service offers over the phone, WhatsApp, Skype, E-mail etc.
- Clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible.
- Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Skills & Expertise
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
International Communication
International Marketing
The candidates must be fluent in English.
