Hands-on Flutter development experience with real-time features like video/audio calls and messaging.
Experience integrating native SDKs (Android/iOS) via platform channels for media streaming.
Strong understanding of WebRTC, SIP, RTP, SRTP protocols.
Proficiency in Dart with solid OOP and state management patterns (e.g., BLoC, Riverpod).
Knowledge of Flutter plugin architecture for bridging native code.
Familiarity with performance optimization, network monitoring, and testing tools.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for Flutter development.
Experience with Firebase services like FCM, Realtime DB is a plus.
Experience building/consuming chat and video call SDKs is highly desirable.

Mid Level Flutter Developer (WebRTC, VoIP, SIP, RTC SDK Development)
As a Fluter App Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering unique Android applications that match our client’s needs and expectations. Job Responsibilities

Build and maintain a Flutter SDK for cross-platform VoIP and chat integration with real-time communication capabilities.
Integrated SIP and WebRTC-based call functionality using native platform channels (Android/iOS).
Manage media codec compatibility (GSM, H.264, VP8, Opus) across platforms with custom integrations.
Optimize audio/video call quality and latency for both Android and iOS from Flutter interface.
Provide developers with easy-to-use, documented APIs for chat and call feature integration in Flutter apps.
Secure data and media streams through encryption and best security practices.
Collaborate with native platform teams for deep device-level optimizations.
Interface with backend developers to support signaling, messaging, and real-time updates.
Conduct multi-platform testing and optimize SDK for various screen sizes and device types.
Ensure background call handling and notification delivery via PushKit, Firebase, etc.
