- Previous experience in a manpower recruitment/export agency will be given preference.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English.
- Professional telephone etiquette with the confidence to communicate effectively with clients, candidates, agents, and business partners.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to convey information clearly, accurately, and professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Email, and other standard office applications; knowledge of Photoshop will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of ERP software will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information.
- Willingness to devote additional time and effort when required to support organizational goals and operational needs.
Responsibilities & Context
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, candidates, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, screen calls for management, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor records, including sign-in/sign-out procedures, and ensure compliance with office security protocols.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, courier packages, and official correspondence.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
- Provide administrative support through document preparation, filing, record keeping, data entry, and report generation.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with agents, candidates, clients, and company employees.
- Coordinate effectively with company management, HR-Administration, and Marketing teams to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues professionally and promptly.
- Assist management and administration with assigned tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Prepare and circulate job advertisements and recruitment notices based on manpower requirements.
- Provide accurate information regarding available job opportunities, recruitment procedures, and company services to candidates and agents.
- Maintain regular communication with local and regional agents regarding manpower demands and recruitment updates.
- Collect candidate profiles through agent networks and coordinate recruitment-related activities.
- Conduct follow-up calls with agents and candidates to ensure timely communication, document collection, and recruitment progress.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment records, marketing documentation, and related files.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly marketing and recruitment activity reports.
