Responsibilities & Context

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Arrange to entertain the Clients, Candidates & all the Guests.
  • Operate a multi-line system to answer calls, transfer calls, provide information, schedule appointments and take messages as needed.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
  • Greet walk-in clients and make sure they are comfortable while they wait for their scheduled appointment.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Assist new applicants who come into the building to apply for various positions.
  • Any other task assigned by Head of the Department.
