  • Age 23 to 25 years
  • Should be smart, well behaved and well-groomed
  • Height minimum 5′-2′
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with other departments and staff
  • Handles all stressful and difficult situations in a positive manner
  • Candidates must have good communication skill in both English & Bangla
  • Candidates who have experience on front desk, Call & Guest attend will be given preference

Responsibilities & Context

  • Day to day front desk operations
  • Attend all in-coming and out-going calls and forwarding calls according to that
  • Greet and welcome internal & external clients and guests with a professional manner
  • Provide assistance to visitors with proper etiquette·
  • Receive all kinds of email, letters, documents and delivered to the required person
  • Responsible to handle all types of courier
  • Keep the transportation records properly
  • Maintain Employee Movement Register
  • Handle queries and address complaints
  • Any other work as required by the Management
