  • Additional certification in Office Management is a plus.

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Front Desk, Personal Secretary, Reception, Telephone Operator
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Trading or Export/Import, Textile, Banks, Buying House
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. Scanners and printers).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali both.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • Must have knowledge in computer application particularly in MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Power Point.

Job Context

Job Responsibilities

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with greetings in a professional way.
  • Able to provide information, forward calls, couriers, take messages and transfer information to appropriate person.
  • Assist admin team members or other department members for related works. Handle outgoing and incoming mail and packages.
  • Ensure proper checking procedure & Materials during entrance to and exit from office premises.
  • Pass the information to assigned persons accurately within the minimum possible time.
  • Maintain company standards to ensure high quality service for every call.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Handling cleaners & checking their works regularly.
  • Ensure punctual attendance.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
