Responsibilities & Context
- Response Incoming & Outgoing phone calls.
- New Employee Personal file prepare.
- Employee ID card & Visiting Card Requisition & Distribution.
- Employee SIM Card stock maintain & distribution.
- Complete monthly employee bank accounts opening all formalities.
- Update Employee Information in ERP.
- Assist interview session.
- Welcome Guest and send them to concern person.
- Received Product, Parcel, Courier, Bills and distribute to concern Department/Person.
- Supervise Corporate Office Housekeeping work.
- Office Stationary requisition, Maintain and distribution.
- Weekly employee accommodation list update.
- Desk & Locker key management.
- Vehicle Management.
- Any other work assigned by the management.

- T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus
- Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize
- 8 Hours duty (Break 1 Hour).
- Weekly 1 day off and will get all govt. holiday.
