Responsibilities & Context
The Front Desk Officer – Gym will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing member check-ins, maintaining front desk operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities of the gym reception. The role serves as the first point of contact for members, employees, and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome members, employees, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage member check-in/check-out system and maintain attendance records.
- Handle inquiries (in person, phone, email) regarding gym services, schedules, and facilities.
- Assist in membership registration, renewals, and maintaining member database.
- Ensure front desk and reception area remain clean, organized, and presentable.
- Maintain records of gym usage, member feedback, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Assist in enforcing gym policies, rules, and safety guidelines.
- Provide administrative support to the Gym In-charge or Management when required.
