Additional Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science

 At least 3 years of experience working in a L1/L2 Service Desk

 Networking, firewall, DNS, and DHCP administration skills.

 Strong experience with Windows Desktops in AD environments, Windows

Servers, Active Directory, and Group Policy.

 Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint

Online, OneDrive, Teams).

 Experience with Hyper V environments.

 Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud deployments and support desirable.

 Experience with VoIP solutions.

 Exceptional telephone manner

 Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a

team.

 Provide support and issue resolution via phone, remote, or email.

 Assist end-users with troubleshooting and technical problems.

 Build strong customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction.

 Prioritize support requests accordingly in a dynamically changing

environment.

 Participate in project work to deploy solutions for customers.

 Create and maintain client technical documentation.

 Support servers, desktops, and applications within Microsoft environments.

 Support Azure hosted IaaS services, local virtualized environments, and

remote desktop solutions.
