- Work closely with the design teams to involve in bring Innovations and sustainable products to table.
- Provide ongoing trainings, development and constructive feedback to teams to ensure employee development and succession planning for driving high performance.
- Design packs/development sample process for relevant season / Phases.
- Sourcing fabrics/trims and innovation developments follow ups.
- Capacity allocations and Production follow ups.
- Shipment process & customer communications.
