Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct factory visits to evaluate capabilities, monitor production, and resolve issues.
- Analyze costs to develop competitive pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with design teams for market-aligned sample development.
- Create product presentations with design concepts, specifications, and cost breakdowns.
- Negotiate factory costs to meet budgets without compromising quality or timelines.
- Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Work closely with internal teams, including production and quality control.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic
- Strong presentation and delivery skills attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bangla and English.
