  • PROTIK GROUP is a leading group engaged in International Trading, Real Estate Business & Export Oriented Ceramic Industry is looking for hard working candidate for its Labour Oriented Factory of PROTIK FINE CERAMICS LTD. (PFCL).
  • Job Description:
  • Must have strong personality and management quality related to organizational activities.
  • Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law – 2006, legal & HR issues etc.
  • To act as Head of Administration, Factory and thereby to hold charge, exercise control and supervision of the Administrative works.
  • Serving as a link between management and employee.
  • Supervise the activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, payroll, allowance employee welfare etc.
  • To exercise security measures to protect company’s property form theft, pilferage, damage etc.
  • To supervise and manage industrial and employee relation affairs including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities.
  • To analyze statistical data and report to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organizations and personal policies.
  • To maintain smooth co-ordination with all departments to achieve company goal/development.
  • To look after the different aspects of land affairs and legal matters of the factory.
  • To liaise with the Government Establishment, Civil Offices/Police Station as and when necessary.
  • To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Chairman.
  • He must be capable to interact with inter departments to resolve issues and full capable of handling the Factory’s Administrative affairs.
  • Ensure transport services, control the pool transports smoothly and maintain proper records thereof;
  • Carryout necessary paper works in the office for record keeping, correspondences and updating related files and arrange timely submission of Govt. returns and payment of all bills, e.g, telephone, electricity, water, gas, postal etc. and maintain proper records thereof;
  • Job Location: Dautia, Kalampur, Dhamrai, Dhaka.
