Responsibilities & Context
- Leading the marketing and sales teams to achieve sales targets for commercial apartments.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Identifying potential clients and building relationships with them.
- Overseeing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Collaborating with the development team to ensure properties meet market demands.
- Managing contracts and agreements with landowners and other stakeholders.
- Regularly reporting on sales activities and progress to senior management.
