Fluent in English & German language (Written & Spoken).
German Language Certification – MInimum B1 (B2/C1/C2, Goethe-Zertifikat, TestDaF, TELC, or equivalent) will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities & Context
A reputed multinational organization is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and highly professional German Language Expert to support and oversee operational activities, stakeholder communication, customer experience, and compliance requirements while ensuring seamless coordination with German-speaking stakeholders and officials
Maintain effective communication with German-speaking clients, stakeholders, clients, and business partners.
Manage day-to-day operational activities
Translate and interpret business communications, policies, correspondence, and operational documents.
Provide language support during meetings, audits, inspections, and client interactions.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
Handle escalated applicant and customer queries via email, telephone, and in person.
Monitor operational performance and ensure achievement of service delivery targets.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), local regulations, and global operational standards.
Review operational reports and maintain accuracy of system records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth operational execution.
Monitor productivity, turnaround times (TAT), quality parameters, and service levels.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Support business development initiatives, value-added services (VAS), and revenue growth opportunities.
Ensure complete adherence to information security, health & safety, and compliance requirements.
