Position Overview: As a Telesales and Client Onboarding Executive, you’ll play a key role in our growth by reaching out to potential UK clients, setting appointments, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The goal is to secure 15+ qualified client appointments each month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to UK prospects.
- Set up 15+ qualified appointments each month.
- Engage potential clients and generate interest in our services.
- Follow up on marketing leads and identify new opportunities.
- Utilize and improve call scripts for effective communication.
- Submit daily reports on call activity and appointments.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs.
- Schedule meetings to understand client needs.
- Collaborate with different internal teams for seamless transitions.
- Deliver presentations to ensure smooth client onboarding.
