- Familiarity with social media marketing and digital advertising.
- Expert in GIF & Rich Media Creative Designing.
Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a creative and marketing-driven professional who specializes in graphical presentation for real estate marketing. While an architectural background is beneficial, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing and visual storytelling, with expertise in creating compelling marketing materials for the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and ad creatives.
- Develop architectural layouts, master plans, and concept visuals for promotional purposes.
- Create engaging content for digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand identity through creative visuals.
- Stay updated with real estate marketing trends and implement innovative design strategies.
- Design visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and ad creatives.
- Develop architectural layouts, master plans, and concept visuals for promotional purposes.
