Any big Brand Nomination like H&M or M&S
Experience
4 to 8 years

Good knowledge in Chemical Management System will be be highly appreciated.
Responsibilities & Context
Manage day-to-day laboratory testing and activities.
Conduct physical and chemical tests of fabric, garments, trims, and accessories as required.
Ensure testing is performed according to buyer specifications and approved test methods.
Prepare accurate test reports and maintain laboratory records.
Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments.
Coordinate with Quality, Production, Merchandising, and Technical teams regarding test requirements.
Coordinate with external/third-party laboratories for required testing.
Investigate failed test results and support corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure proper handling, identification, and storage of test samples.
Maintain laboratory SOPs, test methods, records, and documentation.
Support customer and third-party laboratory audits and assessments.
Ensure compliance with applicable buyer, RSL, MRSL, and product safety requirements.
Train and guide laboratory team members on testing procedures and safety.
Ensure laboratory safety, housekeeping, and chemical handling requirements are followed
