Responsibilities & Context
As “Head of Business” you will be responsible for overall the Business operations of Akij Pipes Ltd. Develop and implement strategies for optimizing production processes, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency.
Ensure the factory adheres to safety regulations and environmental policies, maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for all employees.
Manage the business daily operations, including scheduling production runs, coordinating with logistics and procurement teams, and supervising total business operations.
Monitor production processes and quality control measures to ensure that products meet customer requirements and company standards.
Plan and manage the business’s budget, including setting and monitoring financial goals and reviewing expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Oversee the maintenance of equipment and machinery, ensuring that they are well-maintained and serviced regularly.
Develops and strengthens internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation.
Ensure plans are developed, implemented and monitored in conjunction with relevant cross functional teams and aligned with the Global brand strategy.
Demonstrate strong leadership through robust execution and achieving results.
Enable effective communication and transparency within the Market through organization of regular market meetings, Front Office forums other management meetings.
Leads sales, marketing, customer-service, and client relationship management teams.
Develops thorough knowledge of the industry, our products and services, as well as those of the competitors.
