Responsibilities & Context

• Achieve assigned deposit business target and ensure proper deposit mix to achieve profitability target.
• Propose Area Based/ Industry Based strategies for deposit business development.
• Directly interact with Area Heads, Branch Managers for driving Deposit Growth of Branches.
• Plan, Organize, Supervise and Monitor the Deposit Team to achieve the periodic target
• Monitor Sales team, Liability Business team through MIS & Analysis and report to respective line managers for development.
• Ensure Weekly Deposit Projection and assist Area Heads to Follow Up the progress of the same.
• To ensure daily sales reports are done accurately and on timely basis.
• Communication with Business Finance Team for reports and prepare necessary analytical reports for Senior Management
• Strengthen relationship with all relevant stakeholders
• Identify Issues hindering Business Growth and communicate/propose solution with/to relevant stakeholders.
• Extensive sales experience with general banking or financial institution products.
