Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

Mitali Group is a dynamic business leader in the Readymade Garments sector in Bangladesh with a remarkable yearly turnover of $100 million. We are part of a dynamic group and operate several strategic business units that collectively employ over 10,000 dedicated professionals. We are seeking few highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Head of Factory (Operations).

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all operations of the factory with strong command and control.
Ensure smooth and efficient operations of a 40-line knit composite garment production unit.
Oversee all departments and ensure seamless collaboration to achieve monthly production targets.
Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety, compliance, and audit requirements (e.g., RSC, BSCI, buyer’s technical audits, product safety audits).
Develop and implement strategies to streamline production processes, reduce costs, and ensure profit from every production unit.
Monitor and ensure timely production and delivery in alignment with TNA.
Collaborate with supply chain teams for efficient sourcing of raw materials and inventory management.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to all department heads and staff.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize operations and increase overall efficiency.
Uphold and enforce stringent quality control measures throughout the production process.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards.
Create and maintain a secure working environment by implementing safety protocols.
