• Proficiency in IE tools and techniques (e.g., time-motion study, process analysis, etc.).

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Position Overview

As an Officer – Industrial Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing our production processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of productivity. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in industrial engineering, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for driving operational excellence. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Prepare Standard Minute Value (SMV) & update SMV database based on method improvement;

• Save SMV by introducing new method development & innovation;

• Modify design & layout of man, machine and materials to achieve maximum efficiency;

• Operator skill checking, communicate with respective cross functional teams, on corrective actions of any failure found;

• Ensure functional reporting, goal alignment & performance evaluation process;

• Calculate Non-Productive time (NPT) daily basis and reduce it;

• Find out root cause of production problems; perform time study and method study to improve efficiency, quality and product reliability;

• Any other task assigned by management.
