Context:

Vivo Bangladesh Factory is a well-reputed Chinese multinational smartphone assembly and manufacturing company, namely Best Tycoon (BD) Enterprise Ltd. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Finance & Logistics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of vat & Tax principles, with a strong focus on logistics.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead a team and all accounting, financial reporting, and analysis activities.

Manage tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and international rules& Regulations.

Oversee and optimize import, export, and local logistics operations to control costs.

Develop and implement robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.

Implement and monitor supplier performance appraisals, driving continuous improvement among logistics providers.

Ensure full Vat & tax compliance and minimize Vat & tax-related risks.

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and logistics teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance within the department.
