Responsibilities & Context

  • Responsible for recruitment, placement, retaining, training & developing of the employees to meet the company’s goals & values.
  • Responsible for developing policy & procedures pertaining to HR issues.
  • Develop appropriate HR processes and practices as per management’s directives to meet the needs of the growing organization.
  • Responsible to maintain employees’ personal files, retention and documentations related to HR.
  • Maintain and follow legal procedures in case of job separation of any employee following Bangladesh Labor Law.
  • Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave etc.
  • Responsible for management & compensation benefit & incentive schemes.
  • Follow-up a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staffs and management personnel;
  • Follow up employee/labor relation & legal affairs work.
  • Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues
  • Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview & knowledge about KPI
  • To develop, upgrade and implement HR policies and guidelines at a high standard for establishing smooth HR operation within the company.
  • Follow up disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance handling.
  • Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc on HR & administrative issues.
  • Maintain rapport with the local bodies, buyer representatives and govt. agencies.
  • Follow up health, hygienic and safety issues

Skills & Expertise

Computer literacy with Microsoft Office
