Responsibilities & Context

The Knitting R&D Head/Manager will oversee the research and development team, focusing on the creation and improvement of garments. This role involves driving innovation, ensuring product quality, and managing the development process from concept to final product.

Strong knowledge of Knitting Quality, fabrics, and production processes.

Lead research on new fabric technologies and garment trends.
Identify and implement innovative materials and techniques.
Conduct market research to understand consumer needs.
Oversee the creation of new garment collections.
Collaborate with designers to develop prototypes and samples.
Ensure alignment with brand identity and market demands.
Establish and maintain quality standards.
