Job Summary:

Naturals by Rakhi is looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative marketing leader to drive our brand growth, online sales, and customer engagement. As the Head of Marketing & Branding, you will be responsible for developing high-performance marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, boost revenue, and position Naturals by Rakhi as a market leader in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy & Positioning – Develop and implement branding strategies that establish Naturals by Rakhi as a trusted beauty brand.
• Digital & Social Media Marketing – Lead campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms to increase engagement and conversions.
• E-commerce Growth & Performance Marketing – Drive online sales through paid ads, SEO, conversion optimization, and strategic promotions.
• Product Launches & Marketing Campaigns – Plan and execute high-impact product launches and brand-building initiatives.
• Content & Influencer Marketing – Build strong partnerships with influencers and content creators to enhance brand awareness and credibility.
• Sales Funnel Optimization – Work closely with the sales team to create seamless marketing funnels that maximize conversions.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis – Stay ahead of trends, analyze competitor strategies, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Customer Engagement & Retention – Develop loyalty programs, community engagement strategies, and personalized marketing campaigns to increase customer retention.
