Job Summary: Naturals by Rakhi is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Officer to expand our market presence in Dhaka. This role involves visiting super shops, cosmetic stores and related places to build relationships, promote our products, and drive sales. The ideal candidate should be proactive, persuasive, and passionate about beauty and personal care products. Job Responsibilities:

• Visit super shops, cosmetic stores and related places to build strong relationships and expand product reach.
• Promote and sell Naturals by Rakhi products, ensuring placement and visibility in retail outlets.
• Develop and maintain B2B partnerships with store owners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and identify new business opportunities in the Dhaka market.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate retailers about product benefits and usage.
• Ensure proper branding and merchandising of Naturals by Rakhi products in partner outlets.
• Collect orders, payments, and ensure smooth delivery coordination.
• Work closely with the marketing and distribution team to execute promotional campaigns.
• Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management for performance evaluation.
