Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities & Context

100% Export Oriented Woven Garments Manufacturing Company. Able to control the overall Garments Quality standard of the company. Good administrator & management skill to handle manpower effectively.

• Develop the quality standard, rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
• Follow up and ensure production quality from fabric/accessories to finishing and meet on time shipment schedule without fail.
• Manage quality platform and attend each inspection with positive results. Conducting pre-production meeting before production start.
• Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
• Understanding fully the Quality System for woven fabric & Garments.
• Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard.
• Should be able to develop the expectation level of finish products and assure its quality.
• Follow up the running orders quality issues and give the guide line to the subordinates.
• Coordination with buying QC and give them proper support in all quality related matter.
• Perform any technical audit for all buyers. Follow up and maintain all quality related reports.
• Any other job assigned by the management.
