Experience in leading nationwide sales operations, managing large sales teams, developing effective sales strategies, expanding distribution networks, and consistently achieving sales targets is highly desirable. Proficiency in marketing, Microsoft Office applications, business analysis, and a strong understanding of the FMCG sector will be key assets.

Job Overview: The Head of Sales will lead our nationwide sales operations. This individual should possess exceptional leadership skills, strategic business insight, and a proven track record of achieving sustainable sales growth within the FMCG industry. The Head of Sales will play a critical role in developing and implementing sales strategies, expanding market coverage, strengthening distributor relationships, leading high-performing sales teams, and ensuring the successful achievement of organizational sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing strategic sales, marketing, and promotional activity plans that expand the company`s customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
Leading, supervising, recruiting, coaching, and monitoring the performance of the entire sales team.
. Preparing sales information, analysis, forecasts, and reports for management within specified deadlines.
Responsible for implementing market coverage, sales forecasting, business development, and achievement strategies.
Achieving business growth and sales targets by successfully managing nationwide sales operations.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key business partners.
Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
Reviewing weekly, monthly, and annual sales performance reports and presenting them to the management.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure effective execution of business strategies.
Any other task assigned by the management.
