Responsibilities & Context
Applicants need to be electronic graduates with system integration knowledge & relevant hans-on experience.
Analyzing business requirements and supplying technical solutions to meet client needs
Planning & advising custom solutions on hardware and software system requirements of clients
Collaborating with clients and other stakeholders
Providing ongoing support and maintenance for systems
Managing projects and coordinating work with team members
Staying up-to-date on new technologies and best practices in the field
Ensuring that the company products are secure and compliant with relevant regulations and standards
Documenting process for marketing knowledge – training and easy transfer of knowledge to team members.
Responsible for prospecting, planning, making sales presentation, handling services and closing sales.
Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via meetings, telephone calls emails & social media
Visit Key accounts corporate houses with service team having after sales service
Regular monitoring of credit collection with the finance team.
Carryout any other task as directed or assigned by the management
