Hiring Technicians (Fiber Optics Network)

We are hiring skilled, Fresher and motivated Technicians to support Optical Fiber Cable Operation & Maintenance activities. The selected candidates will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and restoration of fiber optic networks to ensure uninterrupted telecommunication services.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform optical fiber cable installation, operation, maintenance, and restoration work.
• Conduct fiber splicing, jointing, testing, and fault detection using standard tools.
• Identify and troubleshoot network issues including cable cuts and signal loss.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of fiber optic networks.
• Support emergency breakdown and restoration activities.
• Maintain technical logs, reports, and documentation of work performed.
• Coordinate with patrollers and field teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure safety procedures and company standards are strictly followed.

Educational Requirements

• SSC / HSC with relevant technical experience may apply.
• Fresher may also apply.

Experience Requirements

• Experience in Optical Fiber / Telecom Network / FTTH / Transmission maintenance preferred.
• Freshers with technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Basic knowledge of fiber optic tools (OTDR, power meter, splicing machine, etc.).
• Willingness to work in field conditions and emergency situations.
• Physically fit for outdoor technical work.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
• Basic smartphone usage for reporting and communication.
