- Willingness to work in field conditions and emergency situations.
- Physically fit for outdoor technical work.

Responsibilities & Context
We are hiring skilled, Fresher and motivated Technicians to support Optical Fiber Cable Operation & Maintenance activities. The selected candidates will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and restoration of fiber optic networks to ensure uninterrupted telecommunication services.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform optical fiber cable installation, operation, maintenance, and restoration work.
- Conduct fiber splicing, jointing, testing, and fault detection using standard tools.
- Identify and troubleshoot network issues including cable cuts and signal loss.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of fiber optic networks.
- Support emergency breakdown and restoration activities.
- Maintain technical logs, reports, and documentation of work performed.
- Coordinate with patrollers and field teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure safety procedures and company standards are strictly followed.
