Responsibilities & Context
Job Context
- This is a full-time position that has to work with patients and administration.
- Provide the best services to the patients and the attendant of the patients.
- Should be experienced in working in the hospital.
- Preference will be given who has experience working in the hospital.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily administrative operations.
- Maintaining hospital’s overall wastage and safety.
- Preparation of ward boys/ayas monthly duty roster.
- Ensuring stock of medical and office supplies.
- Preparing and supervising work schedule.
- Cooperation with every department of hospital.
- Reporting departmental mangers for problem solving.
- Training ward boys/ayas regarding their job responsibilities.
- Answer the queries of the patients.
- Any other works assigned by the management.
