• Should be experienced in working in the call center, customer care and reception.
• Preference will be given who has experience working in the hospital.

Responsibilities & Context

This is a full-time position that has to work with patients.

Job Responsibilities

• The candidate has to handle inbound and outbound call
• Making IPD/OPD bills
• Call the patients for an appointment
• Call the patients to remind them of the follow-up call
• Conduct survey via telephone
• Answer the queries of the patients.
