Responsibilities & Context

Job Context

• This is a full-time position that has to work with patients and administration.
• Provide the best services to the patients and the attendant of the patients.
• Should be experienced in working in the hospital.
• Preference will be given who has experience working in the hospital.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily administrative operations.
• Maintaining hospital’s overall wastage and safety.
• Preparation of ward boys/ayas monthly duty roster.
• Ensuring stock of medical and office supplies.
• Preparing and supervising work schedule.
• Cooperation with every department of hospital.
• Reporting departmental mangers for problem solving.
• Training ward boys/ayas regarding their job responsibilities.
• Answer the queries of the patients.
• Any other works assigned by the management.
