Responsibilities & Context

• We are looking for a dynamic Housekeeping supervisor/manager who will supervise and coordinate the activities of room attendants, Housekeepers, laundry associates and kitchen.
• He will assist in managing and directing the day-to-day operations of entire Housekeeping functions.
• He needs to maintain the quality assurance of the Housekeeping Department.
• Should have an eye for detail and the ability to effectively deal with guests, other departments and housekeeping staff.
• Preparing and Storing food safety before and during the event.
• Setting up tables, food serving, decoration of dishes, lines of plateware & cutleries with chairs.
• Monitor gate entry of personnel & goods.
• Attend all guests & provide their service as required.
• Prepare and distribute the Room assignment sheets and floor keys to room boys.
• Schedule cleaning of lobby area, public restrooms, telephone areas, hallways, entrances, elevators.
• Schedule periodic major cleaning projects including carpet shampooing, cleaning of walls and baseboards, cleaning of windows, elevator doors and tracks.
• Submit requisition for repair & periodic maintenance of equipment as necessary.
• Monitor inventories cleaning supplies & linen stock to ensure adequate supplies.
• Maintain high quality housekeeping standards in house.
• Coordinate with vendors eg: Pest control, Laundry services and other outsource services.
• Facilitate training for other housekeeping staff.
• Record data of assignments, personal action, attendance with time cared.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
