Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate evaluations.\
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Calculate salaries, bonuses, deductions, overtime, and incentives.
  • Handle payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed salary sheets and records.

Employee Engagement and Relations:

  • Build strong relationships with employees to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts effectively.
  • Implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and morale.

Performance Management:

  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems.Support managers in setting goals and providing constructive feedback.
  • Recognize and reward high-performing employees.
  • Policy Development and Compliance:
  • Create, update, and enforce HR policies in accordance with local labor laws.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Training and Development:

  • Identify skill gaps and design training programs to bridge them.
  • Conduct workshops and team-building activities to enhance organizational performance.

HR Administration:

  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.
  • Track HR metrics and generate detailed reports for decision-making.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in HR management or similar roles.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance is essential.

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR).

Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
