Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in the designing of HR & Admin Policies and Procedures.
- Perform Recruitment, Selection, On-boarding and Orientation activities as per business need.
- Employee Relations:
- Maintain daily attendance and leave management.
- Prepare new employee personal files and update them accordingly.
- Responsible for overall payroll processing systems.
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
- Directing the collection, computing, and documentation of payroll data.
- Confirming salary, pay slip, bank statement, etc.
- Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management, Compensation, Benefit & Final Settlement.
- Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.
- To maintain all kind of record keeping related to job.
- Make awareness on productivity and quality improvement.
- Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
