Responsibilities & Context
- Full time Based. Job Location Chandra, Gazipur.
- General Hour : 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM
- Assist in Recruitment and Selection activities for the worker level employment in the factory.
- Head Count and absent report Check.
- To build up smooth relationship with workers & floor staffs.
- Find out the improvement areas in HR and admin related activities in the floor and recommend the possible solutions. Maintain HR database Prepare & issue ID cards for workers.
- To assist attendance report, leave record, salary and OT sheets. To ensure work place safety, cleaning & hygiene matter of the factory.
- Any others task assigned by the management.
